Bego

Woman, mother and entrepreneur. Bego grew up in a small town in the north of Spain, surrounded by nature. From a very young age, she learned to cherish, care, and respect it.

Bego lived for a few years in North Africa and it was then that, through the vibrant colours of the fabrics of the Sahrawi women, She developed my passion for sewing.

Years later, she began to integrate everything related to reusable textiles into projects to replace single-use products.

In this way, she managed to merge her creativity with her love of nature.

Stevie

Stevie is a master woodturner and has been running his own business since 1988. He has been making tippers since 2002. He now has more than 80 different series of tippers!

Being a drummer and percussionist himself, he believes long extensive tests, trial runs, and collaborative efforts with professional bodhrán players are the foundation of his tipper making. The constant further development of tippers, and striving to fulfill his customers' requirements and wishes is very important to him.

He also takes great pains to ensure that his products are environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Christian

He started as a master cabinet maker by profession. As a longstanding member of an Irish folk band, he had been on the lookout for a really good bodhran. He never found exactly what he was looking for, which led him to start experimenting with building his own bodhráns.

Christian talks about how he started from a point that was reached by other makers. He gives special thanks to Seamus O'Kane for all his assistance and support. In his own way, Christian developed his systems for tuning, and set out to track down the perfect skin.

The bodhrán has become the focus and mainstay of his life. So it makes him all the happier that so many professional musicians all over the world are playing his instruments.
